WHAT IS PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Personal Information is any information that may allow for an individual to be personally identified. We only collect personal information from you when you say that it is perfectly fine for us to use it. You voluntarily consent for us to collect, use, and store your personal information by:
Registering for an online account: In order to purchase an Kaddū.co template package, you must create an online account through this website. This account allows you to make purchases, manage your purchases and access other support content. To register for an online account, you are required to create a password, as well as provide your name, email address, phone number, and residential address. All passwords are encrypted, but we will have access to the other personal information you provide.
Directly providing the information to us: Sometimes we may ask for specific information from you so that we can effectively provide our design services or help you with a particular inquiry. Sometimes you may choose to give us information on your own, whether that is during our tech support sessions or through our online services. Both of these are examples of when you are consenting for us to collect, use, and store your personal information. Specifically, you consent for us to use the information you have provided when you reach out to us by email or our social media accounts, post on our Facebook community group, use the “contact us” form on our website, purchase one of our templates, fill out our client intake forms, interact with our support or customer service teams, or comment on our social media accounts. If you are posting on our Facebook community group or social media platforms, you should always be aware that these platforms are accessible to the public. Please be advised that our team will never ask for your Social Security, Credit card information via email or through our social media accounts. When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through this site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including the last four digits from credit card), afterpay, paypal, email address, and phone number. This is called Order Information.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

WHAT ABOUT MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION?
We love being able to accept credit card payments online. It’s convenient, quick, and easy to use. However, we understand that giving out your credit card information online can sometimes leave you feeling a little exposed. We only use PCI compliant third parties to process credit card transactions, and we never personally see your credit card information.
SHARING YOUR INFORMATION WITH OTHER HUMANS
Although we try to limit who we share your information with, there are situations where sharing is necessary. We share your information with third parties in the following ways:
Agents: At Kaddū.co, we are a tight-knit talented team that really are more like family! However, like most teams, sometimes we need back up and use other trusted companies and individuals to help us out. Whenever a company or individual is working for us, they are acting as our agent. Sometimes our agents may need to access your personal information for a particular task, but they do not have the right to use your personal information beyond what is necessary and must comply with our privacy practices.
Third-Party Software and Apps: We use a number of third-party software and apps to make our jobs a little easier. Some personal information may be stored, processed, or shared with these apps. Here is a list of some of the current software and apps that we are using: Gmail, Google Analytics, Dropbox, and Wix. We reserve the right to add more softwares/apps that might not be listed here to be considered as third-party softwares/apps and this policy will be still applicable.
Law Enforcement: We may sometimes be required to share your personal information with law enforcement. We will only share your information when we believe, in good faith, that sharing your information is necessary to protect our business or our clients. Examples include, where a legal warrant or subpoena has been issued to us, where we must report information due to a belief that fraud or misuse of our services has occurred, or where our property or safety, or a client’s property or safety, is at risk. In cases of fraud, we may also be required to share your information with investigatory authorities and banks.
Emails you can opt out of: At Kaddū.co, we love to keep you updated on what exciting things are happening at our creative studio. If you are receiving these types of emails, it means that you consented to receive these emails either by clicking an opt-in box or by otherwise letting us know that it was all good for us to use your email address in this way. Of course, you are always free to opt out of these emails by simply clicking ‘unsubscribe,’ although we can’t guarantee a tear won’t be shed.
Emails you will not be able to opt out of: Sometimes you won’t have the option to unsubscribe from emails that we send you. This will only happen if the email contains an important message that needs to be delivered to you. For example, to confirm that a payment has been made.
As part of our affiliate program, you agree to receive commissions agreed between you and kaddū.
Studio Store Commission - 15% per item
Studio Services' Commission - 5% per order
All commissions are calculated excluding credit card fees, taxes or other additional charges added to the base price. If services are part of a payment plan, commission will be provided as the payment is received by Kaddū.co.
Commissions apply only to qualified orders. Qualified orders refer to orders placed using your affiliate link or unique code (any discounted items will receive commission based on discounted price).
PRICES AND PURCHASE:
All prices are subject to change without prior written notice to the customers and clients.
This website is operated by Kaddū.co llc. and we reserve the right to amend the Policies at any time and with or without notice to you.
Any order placed by the customer is an agreement of the customer contract. By purchasing an item or service you agree to all terms listed in this agreement.
Kaddū.co reserves the right to accept or reject your order or services for any reason, including and without limitation, an error in the price or the product description posted on this website, or an error in your order. Until kaddū receives payment in full for a product of any description, Kaddū remains the lawful owner of the product. Your customer contract of agreement with these terms and conditions with kaddū comes into effect once you have made payment. All digital files for items in our Studio Shop as well as Services will be provided to the client after full payment has been received.
All services are accepted only after a non-refundable 50% advance payment received by Kaddū.co. Once the payment is received, the client is part of a service contract with Kaddū.co. If for any reason, the client decides to discontinue working with Kaddū.co, the 50% advance payment will not be refunded.
Studio Shop: All products listed under the studio shop must be paid in full prior to receiving access to the digital products.
Studio Services: All services require a 50% advance payment to begin a project, then 25% is due at 3/4 project completion along with balance 25% due prior to submitting digital files to the client. Kaddū.co holds the right to refuse submission of digital files to the client if full payment is not received. If the client decides to take legal action in such an event, they will be liable for all legal fees for both parties involves (client as well as Kaddū.co).
EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
Due to the digital nature of all products and services provided by Kaddū.co, we do not offer exchanges or refunds. Kindly review all orders prior to placement. All advance payments received towards services or digital products are non-refundable.
